Because customized products are made specifically for the customer, customized and personalized jackets generally cannot be returned or exchanged simply because the customer changes their mind, selects the wrong size, or no longer wants the product.
However, we want to make sure that genuine manufacturing or fulfillment problems are handled fairly.

For customized orders, we may provide a digital mockup for customer approval before production.

Orders that have already entered production may not be eligible for cancellation because customized materials and manufacturing work may already have been committed to the order.
For bulk and private-label orders, cancellation terms may be separately agreed upon before production.
Because customized jackets are manufactured according to individual specifications, exchanges are generally not available for changes of mind or incorrect customer-selected sizing.
If the item is defective or we made an error in manufacturing or fulfillment, we will review the issue and determine whether a replacement or exchange is appropriate.
